Senior Visual Designer (Brand & Creative)
Location: Remote, within ±2 hours of UK time (GMT/BST)
Salary: £60–70k (DOE + Benefits)
Type: Full-time | Start ASAP
I’m working with a fast-growing client in the climate tech space who is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join their small but dynamic design team.
Their company runs one of the leading carbon removal marketplaces, trusted by major tech companies. With an ambitious roadmap, they seek someone to elevate their brand and marketing design — making science-backed carbon removal not only credible but also compelling.
The Role
* Lead brand and marketing design across decks, events, campaigns, and more
* Transform complex climate concepts into simple, beautiful visuals
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Design, Product Designer, and freelance creatives
* Replace the current freelance designer with a smooth 3-month handover
What they're looking for
* A natural visual storyteller capable of distilling complex ideas into engaging narratives
* Strong expertise in clean, Swiss-style design with a creative twist
* Experience in brand, marketing, and event design
* Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, with a start-up or agency background
