Role Overview: Responsible for the growth of our leading home hygiene brand, Zoflora, which was the fastest growing UK cleaning brand in 2023. You will lead NPD projects from inception to launch, collaborating with the consumer insights department to craft compelling sales stories. Your stakeholder management skills will be essential as you work cross-functionally with marketing strategy & pricing, communications senior brand managers, sales, and R&D teams to ensure successful product launches. Monitoring fragrance trends to identify gaps and creating targeted briefs will be key, with fine fragrance experience being beneficial.
This role is suitable for an existing Brand Manager or a high-performing Assistant Brand Manager ready to advance their career.
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven experience leading NPD projects that drive incremental brand growth, from market opportunity identification to successful launch within set timelines.
* A talented marketer with experience across the full marketing mix, including digital activation, content marketing, and social media. Product marketing experience is a plus.
* Experience in trade marketing and selling to UK retailers, working with Key Account Sales teams.
* Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of managing profitability through product mix.
* Ability to manage workload effectively, adhere to project timelines, and apply critical thinking during transition projects.
* Experience partnering with and managing agencies.
* Excellent numeracy, analytical skills, and commercial insight.
* Strong communication and influencing skills to build stakeholder relationships.
* Creative mindset with initiative-taking ability.
* High adaptability and resilience, demonstrating leadership in a dynamic environment.
