Front of House Barista - Buxton
Full Time - 5 days per week
Hours- 9am-5pm
We're looking for a friendly, reliable Front of House Barista to join our team in Buxton!
This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 (Monday-Sunday), with consistent daytime hours from 9am-5pm - no late nights.
About the Role:
You'll be the face of our business, delivering great customer service while preparing quality coffees and helping create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, including barista-quality coffee
* Greeting customers and providing excellent front-of-house service
* Taking orders and handling payments
* Keeping the cafe clean, tidy, and well-presented
* Supporting the team during busy periods
What We're Looking For:
* Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (but not essential)
* A positive, friendly attitude and strong communication skills
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable and flexible across a 7-day rota
* Passion for coffee and great customer service
