The role: Contacting customers to place orders, sending out quotes and trying to upsell, maximising the performance of the account Processing customer orders, advising on lead times, chasing up delayed shipping, etc. Delivering the highest levels of customer service and administering the inventory management system (MS Dynamics) The important stuff: Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
