Job Description Senior Associate – Property Law Salary: £75,000–£95,000 Clear Route to Partnership Location: London (Hybrid Working) Elevate Your Property Law Career with a Leading London Practice Are you a highly motivated Property Solicitor ready to step into a senior role with greater autonomy, higher-quality work, and a clear pathway to Partnership? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-regarded London firm where you will handle a premium client base, work on complex transactions, and play a key role in shaping the department’s continued growth. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Property Law to join their thriving team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional legal services across a broad property portfolio. The Role – Senior Associate, Property Law In this senior position, you will manage a diverse and high-value caseload, including: Commercial property acquisitions and disposals Landlord & tenant matters (leases, renewals, negotiations) Property finance and secured lending transactions Development projects and site assembly High-value residential property transactions (where applicable) You will also be expected to: Build and maintain strong client relationships Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees Contribute to business development and networking activity Work collaboratively across departments on multi-disciplinary matters What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate: Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) 5–10 years’ PQE in Property Law within a UK law firm Strong experience in commercial property transactions (essential) Proven ability to manage complex matters independently Excellent understanding of property law, Land Registry processes, and finance arrangements Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills A proactive approach to business development and client growth Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members (desirable) What’s on Offer Our client provides a highly competitive package designed to reward expertise and support career growth: Salary: £75,000–£95,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid working (typically 2–3 days in the office) Generous annual leave plus bank holidays Private medical insurance Discretionary bonus scheme Pension contributions Ongoing professional development and CPD support Structured career progression pathway to Partnership Exposure to high-quality, complex property work Friendly, supportive, and collaborative working culture Career Progression This is a genuine opportunity to progress your long-term career: Clear pathway to Legal Director and Partnership level Opportunities to develop a specialist practice area Increasing responsibility in client management and leadership Involvement in strategic growth initiatives within the firm If you are an ambitious Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career within a forward-thinking and supportive firm, we would be delighted to hear from you.
