Service Care Solutions are proud to be working with a well-established charity that provides vital support to individuals and communities affected by substance misuse across South Yorkshire. With a strong focus on recovery, harm reduction, and community integration, this charity is known for its compassionate, person-centred approach and commitment to making a real difference.
They are now looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join their team and help lead the delivery of high-quality services across multiple sites.
About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of service delivery—supporting and managing staff, maintaining high standards of care, and driving positive outcomes for service users.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing a multidisciplinary team across various sites
* Ensuring services meet performance targets and quality standards
* Supporting staff development through supervision, training, and HR processes
* Coordinating with external partners, referrers, and local agencies
* Ensuring safeguarding and clinical governance standards are upheld
* Contributing to service development and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working in substance misuse or a related social care/health setting
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Confidence in dealing with service users, professionals, and external partners
Flexibility to travel across South Yorkshire as needed
