Job Summary We are seeking highly organised and detail-oriented Fleet Administrators to join our large Parcel distribution client based in Oldbury. Pay rate: £12.21 per hour Location: B69 Working days: Monday - Friday Hours: 11:30am-19:30pm ( Training would initially be 5 weeks of 9am-5pm ) Responsibilities Dealing with general email enquiries Processing invoices Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining up-to-date records. Handle calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Utilise Google Suite and Office applications for various administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence. Experience Proven experience in a Fleet administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications is essential. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
