We’re looking for a motivated Fleet Business Administrator - Apprentice to join our Human Resources Team for a 18-month programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive personalised support, and develop valuable skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our fleet, while building a strong foundation for a future career in fleet administration, fleet management, or logistics within a global organisation.
Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the HR Business Support Manager and working alongside the wider HR shared services team,you’ll be at the heart of our vehicle operations— keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From supporting drivers and managing key admin tasks to ensuring compliance and jumping in to help the HR team as and when needed, this is a hands-on role where you’ll learn, grow, and make a real impact every day.
The Opportunity:
* Enrol in aLevel 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
* Gain valuable, hands-on experience inFleet/HR Administration, enhancing your knowledge of vehicle management, compliance, and operational support within a dynamic business environment
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Be thefirst point of contactfor driver queries and support.
* Review and approve new vehicle orders in line with company criteria.
* Full driver lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, vehicle allocation and deallocation.
* Supportshort-term vehicle hiresrequests.
* Maintain thefleet Mailboxwith a 3-working-day SLA
* Processvehicle finesefficiently and accurately.
* Maintain complete and accurate records in the fleet database (Jaama) at all times.
* Monitor and ensure timelyvehicle maintenance(MOTs, servicing, tyres)
* Organise and track the return and replacement of fleet vehicles in line with company policy.
* General project support and adhoc supportto the wider HR team as and when required

Your expertise - Our strength
* Full clean UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
* Desirable: Experience within a Fleet role/environment
* Desirable: Database knowledge (ideally Jaama but not essential)
