Please note this role is to start asap and will be on a temporary on-going basis and should lead to permanent from 13 weeks. This site will be on site based in the ST10 area.
Hours: Mon - Thurs (8:30am-16:30pm) and Friday's (8:30am-2:30pm) - 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £12.50 on a temp basis (Once made permanent this will change to £12.21 plus bi-annual bonus scheme)
What does the Administrator role involve?
You will be the first point of contact for the Business Administration Manager regarding all Admin related queries. The ideal candidate will be an organised, reliable, and communicative professional who can handle various administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.
The duties of the Administrator role include:
- Processing sales orders
- General picking
- Dispatch documents
- Deal with purchase orders
- Update stock records and resolve all queries
- Invoicing
- Dealing with customer service
- Answering telephone calls
- Greeting and assisting customers/visitors
- All ad-hoc tasks and projects
