About the Role
We are recruiting to a new and exciting Multiagency Child Protection Team (MACPT) Education Officer role within our newly developed Multiagency Child Protection Team which will be known as Children & Families Newcastle (CFN) Protect.
The role of Education Officer in the CFN Protect Team will strengthen the voice of education in safeguarding processes and support effective collaboration between education providers and safeguarding partners.
Responsibilities
* Act as a recognised expert in safeguarding and child protection.
* Actively work with partners to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.
* Engage and represent the wider education sector, ensuring its voice is heard and communicated effectively.
* Work with partners in further developing the Families First reforms across the education sector.
