Corporate Solicitor
Location: Kendal
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience)
Experience: 2+ PQE (all experience levels considered)

You will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, working closely with colleagues across the firm and supporting clients through transactions and strategic projects. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, values collaboration, and wants to be part of a team with clear momentum.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting clients on corporate transactions and advisory work
* Drafting and negotiating key documents and managing transaction processes
* Working directly with clients and building trusted relationships
* Collaborating with colleagues across other practice areas where matters overlap
* Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the Kendal office
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in Corporate law
* Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness
* Confident communicator with a client‑first approach
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing deadlines
* Collaborative mindset and an interest in helping grow an established office
