As Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy, inspiring a talented internal and external sales team, and ensuring the business continues to deliver outstanding service to its diverse client base. Key Responsibilities of the Head of Sales
* Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to exceed budgeted sales and margin targets
* Take full ownership of KPIs, performance dashboards, and year-on-year results
* Influence and support wider commercial decisions, including buying activity and forecasting
* Champion customer experience by ensuring service excellence at every stage
* Work collaboratively with operations and transport to guarantee seamless service delivery
* Oversee HR-related responsibilities within the sales team, including talent development and succession planning

What's On Offer
* £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary (DOE)
* Uncapped OTE of £20,000 - £27,000
