Key Responsibilities
* Handle a varied caseload of Property and Affairs matters within the Court of Protection.
* Support more senior members of the team with complex matters.
* Advise clients, families, support teams and external solicitors on a wide range of legal matters.
Key Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years PQE as a Court of Protection Solicitor.
* Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and team‑working ability.
* Strong client‑focused approach and willingness to support a flexible, hybrid working culture.
