We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As an Educator at our Guildford nursery you will be working with our supportive and passionate team creating our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Facilitate outdoor play and learning in all weather.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.
- Respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework.
- Observe and document children’s progress, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive and positive team culture.
- Build strong parent partnerships.
