The Role Requirements
Solution Design
1. Lead the end-to-end design of Microsoft AI-driven business solutions.
2. Translateplex business challenges into scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures.
3. Collaborate with clients, delivery teams and Microsoft, to define solution roadmaps and strategies.
4. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, dataernance, and security standards.
Product Leadership
5. Serve as a subject-matter expert on Microsoft AI capabilities.
6. Serve as a subject-matter expert on Microsoft AI capabilities, including Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform AI Builder.
7. Stay ahead of Microsoft product updates and roadmap to advise on innovation opportunities
8. Guide clients in selecting and adopting the right AI tools for their business needs.

10. Lead demos, proof-of-concepts, and workshops to showcase value and drive adoption.
11. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping AI strategy and solution vision.
12. Support pre-sales activities including proposals, solutions, and client presentations.
13. Oversee delivery quality, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and technical excellence.
14. Mentor and coach junior consultants within the practice.

15. Champion high-quality solution design standards and best practices.
16. Proactively manage capacity, skills, and resource availability.
17. Contribute to practice development—operations, recruitment, and team initiatives.
18. Execute operational tasks with precision to enable smooth delivery.

What you will need to succeed MS Technology Solutions Consulting Expertise
20. 6+ years in consulting, product, or technical advisory roles.
21. Demonstrate strong sales and pre-sales experience, with a clear ability to engage clients and manage relationships.
22. Proven experience in designing and delivering AI or data solutions.
23. Demonstrate a consultative approach, with evidence of understanding client pain points and delivering business-focused solutions.
24. Strong experience with Microsoft AI Capabilities – Copilot Studio, agentic.
25. Ability to demonstrate awareness of the latest Microsoft AI product roadmap or best practices, especially around Copilot Studio.
26. Articulate evidence of experience with end-to-end solution design and delivery forplex Microsoft AI projects at scale.
27. Skilled at bridging business and technical domains with excellentmunication and consulting skills.
28. Provide structured data-driven responses to technical and analytical questions.
29. Articulate business value and oues, especially in the context of AI-driven process improvements.
30. Functional expertise in AI technologies, business processes, and cloud deployment.
31. Innovative mindset with the ability to solveplex business and technical challenges.
Leadership Experience
32. Experienced in managing client and partner relationships, driving value and successful oues.
33. Skilled at leading and mentoring teams, ensuring performance and growth.
34. Confident in delivering impactful hybrid presentations and workshops to senior leaders.
Certifications
35. Advanced degree (, MBA, or PhD) inputer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Business.
36. Microsoft certifications across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, SharePoint, Azure, Fabric (highly desirable).
37. Product, Solution, and/or Delivery certifications preferred.
38. SC Clearance.
