Job Title Management Accountant Location Walsall Package Up to £42,000 IWS Water Hygiene are looking to recruit a Management Accountant position, working as part of the finance team based out of our head office in Walsall. IWS (WH) provides services in all aspects of water hygiene and legionella control including legionella risk assessments into the public sector, utility companies, industrial, commercial, and retail customers. The Role Financial Support Month end reporting - preparation of monthly accounts including full variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliation to Group reporting deadlines Manage WIP and cash flow requirements in line with Group procedures Support the budgeting and forecasting process Processing of expenses and charge back of fleet related costs Provide accurate and clear financial and management information to regional managers and senior management on a timely basis Lead the end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payment Stakeholder Management Communication of financial deadlines in appropriate timeframes Strategic thinking to support key business stakeholders Building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the region to drive financial control within the regional offices Communication Communicate constructively and actively seek information Clear communication of financial metrics to non-financial managers Timely responses to queries Safety Promote and communicate standards/information to colleagues and team members.
