Part-Time Administrator (6-Month Fixed Term Contract) | Northampton | £12.21ph
Hours: 20 per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join a busy team in Northampton on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a part-time role (mornings only) and will suit someone who enjoys working with data, producing accurate reports, and supporting colleagues across different departments.
You'll play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing internal tickets, producing reports, and supporting teams across the business.
Administrator Key Responsibilities
Accurately maintain and update data records
Produce regular reports with a high level of accuracy
Allocate and manage tickets via Zendesk
Liaise internally with different teams to resolve queries
Provide general administrative support where required
Administrator Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail - accuracy is key in this role
Confident user of Microsoft Excel (comfortable with formulas, spreadsheets, and data handling)
Experience using Zendesk or other ticketing systems (desirable but not essential)
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
Good communication skills to work effectively with internal teams
