We are recruiting on behalf of a boutique events company in central London for a Senior Events Planner to lead high-end private parties, brand launches and corporate events from concept through to execution.
Key responsibilities:
Plan and deliver events from concept development to final execution
Manage budgets, schedules, and on-site operations
Lead and coordinate small project teams
Liaise with clients, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
Organise pre-event activities such as site visits, tastings, and vendor confirmations
Oversee event-day logistics and resolve any issues
Produce post-event reports and evaluations
Requirements:
3–5 years of event planning experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Proven experience leading project teams
Professional fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with London venues and suppliers preferred
Must have valid UK work rights (e.g., PSW visa or other legal status)
