Skills/Experience: * Previous experience of setting CNC milling machines is essential * Knowledge of CNC metal cutting and boring * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances * Ability to problem solves any technical issues arising in machining cells. * Previous experience in a manufacturing / aerospace / automotive industry * Experience in working in a medium/high volume production environment * Understanding of quality systems and completing quality checks/gauging * Attention to detail is essential * Able to work with minimal supervision.
