We are looking for aMaintenance Operativeto assist in the day to day presentation and maintenance of our luxury development! You'll provide first line response to all building support requests and work orders raised.
As our go-to person, the one with the know of how to keep the development running like clockwork, you'll give technical advice and support, whilst also overseeing and and carrying out fabric and minor repairs.

What will you do?
1. Check the work order system daily for current reactive and future works.
2. Carry out lighting checks, replacing light bulbs.
3. Ensure works completed are to a high standard & completed within realistic time frame.
