Contract Manager – M&E Maintenance Location: Surrey Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Contract Manager to join a growing Maintenance division in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a strong technical understanding of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services to manage a varied portfolio of maintenance contracts across both Public and Private Sector clients. The successful candidate will oversee a mixed portfolio of M&E maintenance contracts valued at approximately £2 million, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, customer satisfaction, and commercial profitability.
