The Role:-
Due to a long-term & successful working partnership, Investigo have been retained as the exclusive search recruitment partner with a Financial organisation to identify a Business Transformation Enablement Lead. This will be to join a brand-new team, dedicated to managing large/complex business transformation programmes of change across the entire organisation.
Utilising your background to date you will enable large & complex business transformation programmes through successful Target Operating Models, that deliver both measurable & sustainable business value.
Reporting to the Global Head of Business Transformation, you will focus on enabling future business programmes by establishing enterprise-wide standards for transformation design, readiness and adoption, as well as ensuring operating model changes are executable, scalable and consistently embedded across departments and functions, enabling successful delivery.
Selection Of Day to Day Duties:-
* Lead Target Operating Model (TOM) Design Governance
* Drive Product Operating Model (POM) Implementation Readiness
* Establish the Transformation Playbook across the entire organisation
* Build and Govern Change Enablement Frameworks
* Create and Lead a Change Management Community of Practice
* Define, Assess and Assure Business Readiness for operating model transitions before go-live
* Provide structured intervention support to At-Risk Transformation Programmes
* Embed Sustainable Operating Model Adoption
What are we looking for:-
* Significant experience leading operating model design and implementation within large-scale transformation programmes across various departments, such as Finance, Marketing, IT
* A background in implementing ERP and/or product operating models, frameworks within multi-market environments
* Demonstrable track record embedding change at scale
* Experience building and leading enterprise change frameworks
* Enterprise transformation lifecycle governance
* Organisational design and capability development
* Change management and adoption methodologies
