The Person
We are open to candidates from various backgrounds, but you should be able to hit the ground running. Experience in digital systems, automation, and SCADA would be advantageous. The Role
The Application Design Engineer will collaborate with Project Engineers and directly with customers, serving as the digital expert. Your responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing technical specifications and preparing functional design specifications where appropriate
* Creating programmable software logic files to meet specifications and integrate with other systems
* Designing communication architecture and preparing IEC61850 program files
* Working with other Application Design Engineers and automation partners during tendering and project execution to ensure successful integration
