Role Overview Your primary purpose is to ensure the TA function deliver on their mission: to deliver exceptional hiring experiences for both candidates and hiring teams, whilst continuing to raise the bar with the talent we bring into Benifex. You will lead a TA team of 6 split across UK, Sweden and the Philippines responsible for recruiting 150-200 hires a year globally (UK, Germany, Lithuania, Sweden, the Philippines (Cebu) and the US.) Some of the TA priorities this year include building a global employer brand and world class careers site, improving our recruitment training (self-serve and in-person), and embedding a global competency framework and improving career pathways. Responsibilities Develop and own the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with the business goals and growth plans Manage and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship. Drive TA excellence across the business and within the TA team. Advocating for best practices, ensuring high standards are met and driving continuous improvement. Cultivate a collaborative, supportive, high-performance culture where people can thrive and grow. Ensure the TA team collectively and individually deliver against core monthly TA metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, quality of hire, NPS, funnel conversion and cost savings. Act as a talent advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on talent-related topics. Lead larger talent acquisition projects focused on continuous improvement and innovation. Recruit for high impact roles across the business. What experience are we looking for? Managing a global TA team, direct reports based in multiple locations and recruiting across multiple countries. Data-driven approach. Clear evidence of using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes/success. Product and Engineering recruitment. Proven ability to hire high calibre individuals across product and engineering positions. Evidence of building high performance teams. Clear frameworks underpinning your previous teams and data usage to measure and improve the function’s performance. Delivering company-wide impact through TA initiatives and projects. ATS. Deep understanding of ATS functionalities, champion of ATS usage, able to provide training to others and proactively identify ways to improve (automation/AI). Advanced sourcing techniques. Able to source executive, leadership and niche roles, using advanced channels (social media, networking, talent communities) and able to train others in advanced sourcing techniques. Expert interviewing skills. Able to interview for exec level hires and able to coach others in advanced interview techniques. High quality candidate management. Advocate and deliver a world class candidate experience, able to handle challenging situations, coach others, and identify ways to improve candidate experience across the business. Can inspire, motivate and lead teams through crises, sustaining operational integrity. Quality Management : Can monitor and improve quality performance. Can implement quality control measures. Leadership : Can motivate and inspire larger teams, managing their performance. Can provide constructive feedback and coaching.
