Overview
Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We are currently searching for a Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our supported living service in Trowbridge. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
* Allocate shifts, book in training, induct new colleagues, support supervision, order medication, and support people we serve to manage their finances.
* Help people gain more independence in their daily lives while maintaining a person-centred approach.
* Ensure the people we support are cared for in a safe and supportive environment and act as a role model within the team.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Support Worker (required).
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, and trauma.

Requirements
* All applicants and subsequent job offers will be subject to satisfactory DBS checks and references.

Typical Shifts
Typical shifts are: Monday – Sunday, 07:00–15:00, 15:00–22:00, including sleep-ins and some weekends.
