Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:15 - 16:05
Friday: 07:15 - 16:05
The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative on behalf of our client based in Smethwick. The position is ongoing with the option of becoming permanent following a successful trial period.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery to assemble bicycle components, including saddles
Sanding, polishing, finishing, and riveting parts
Packing finished products ready for dispatch
Carrying out any other duties as requested by the supervisor
Candidate Requirements:
Previous assembly experience
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Reliable with good attendance and punctuality
Good communication skills
Comfortable operating machinery
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
