Duties of the Panel Beater:
7. Stripping, repair, and refitting vehicle panels to a high standard
8. Assessing the damage and preparing estimates for repairs
9. Ensuring all repairs meet industry safety standards
10. Working efficiently to meet repair deadlines
11. Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
12. Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients regarding repair progress
Requirements of the Panel Beater:
13. Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a busy workshop setting
14. NVQ Level 3 or ATA Accreditation is essential
15. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
16. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
17. Good understanding of vehicle structures and repair techniques
18. Valid UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
