As an Associate Director-level Client Relationship Manager based in our London office (55 Mark Lane), you will oversee client relationships across Europe, driving engagement, retention, and growth through strategic account management and tailored learning solutions.
How You’ll Make An Impact
* Manage your portfolio of clients through strategic analysis, relationship building, and gaining internal referrals.
* Understand the markets, products and operating environment of our clients to design learning and development solutions that add value.
* Convert opportunities into booked business through sales excellence; leverage internal resources to write best‑in‑class proposals and pitch persuasively.
* Record and track account developments accurately in Salesforce.
* Produce clear revenue forecasts built from your pipeline and justify them.
* Hand projects over to the operational team to deliver, managing escalation and commercial oversight once secured and contracts negotiated.
You May Be a Good Fit If
* Strong background in sales and relationship management within a solution sales environment.
* Experience selling to Financial Services and/or learning solutions.
* History of achieving revenue targets.
* Can understand client strategy and build effective business and action plans.
* Excellent communication skills and a consultative selling approach.
