Aspiring SEND Teacher | Ealing | September 2026 Are you a Psychology Graduate, who has skills such as patience, good communication and an understanding of human behaviour? A highly regarded school in Ealing are looking for someone to develop their experience before stepping into the SEND role as a teacher. The role, of an Aspiring SEND Teacher;
* Passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.

* Able to build positive and trusting relationships with students, parents, carers, and colleagues.
* Skilled at adapting teaching strategies and resources to meet individual learning needs.
* Dedicated to promoting student independence, confidence, and self-esteem.
The full-time position will be offered on a 1-year contract and provide an excellent foundation for graduates pursuing a long-term career as an Aspiring SEND Teacher. The ideal candidate will be:
* An Aspiring SEND Teacher, Educational Psychologist, or Clinical Psychologist
* A Psychology graduate with BPS Accreditation
* Passionate about supporting children with SEND
* Keen to develop experience within a specialist school environment
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum
