As a business they specialise in Consulting and Banking markets. They have a presence in legal focussed on placing more technical roles into Law firms. They currently have 15 consultants with 8 individuals working in London and the rest working remote or based internationally. They pride themselves on being fliexible and providing an excellent environment for experienced
They are currently looking for a driven, ambitious consultathat that can leverage their platform and grow a successful Legal recruitment divisonl focussed on Private Practice.
About the Role
Your responsibilities as a practice leader of Legal recruitment
* Establish and build out a desk focussed on Legal Private Paractice
* Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients' recruitment requirements.
* Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews.
* Business development and existing client development
* Increasing our candidate pools through referrals and cutive searching.
* managing full 360 process
* in time build a team to focus on UK, Middle-East and US markets
Pay range, compensation package and benefits
They invisage Basic salary will likely be £45,000 - £75,000 for a strong consultant but flexible on package
