About You
Senior Care Assistants – are you considering your next career move? Do you want to develop your skills, knowledge, and earning potential? HC-One offers a perfect opportunity with a development program to upskill Senior Care Assistants to undertake more responsibilities and become Nursing Assistants.
This role involves assisting with tasks such as administering medicines, wound care, catheter care, and other clinical tasks under supervision. You will also receive a salary increase upon program completion.
Qualifications needed include:
* Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or working towards)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in Health & Social Care as a Senior Carer or similar leadership role, especially around medication and shift leadership
* Knowledge of person-led care planning and relevant legislation
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You must be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. Attendance at safeguarding training is required.
