Location: Remote (UK-based preferred)
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 DOE + Bonus

Rela8 Group is seeking a commercially minded, results-driven Growth & Campaigns Manager to lead our inbound lead generation efforts. You will take full ownership of campaign strategy and execution across our summits, executive dinners, and roundtables, working to generate qualified leads for both delegate acquisition and sponsorship sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and execute paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, remarketing)
* Manage Cvent event landing pages and CRM workflows (Salesforce)
* Build and manage go-to-market plans for each event with delegate and sales input
* Track and report on performance: MQLs, CPL, lead conversion, ROAS
* Align campaign timelines with the Delegate Acquisition and Conference Production teams
* Collaborate with freelance designers, web developers, and SEO partners as needed
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years in B2B performance marketing, ideally with event or SaaS background
* Strong command of campaign execution across multiple digital channels
* Experience using Salesforce, and/or Cvent
* Confidently managing budgets, timelines, and reporting
* Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a remote setup
