About the Role
You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their experience and ensuring every need is met before they leave. You will manage a small front‑of‑house team, assume Duty Manager duties when required, and deliver service that reflects Malmaison’s commitment to celebrity‑level hospitality.
Responsibilities
 * Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.
 * Lead, develop and coach a reception team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
 * Manage reservations using Opera and coordinate with housekeeping, dining and executive departments.
 * Act as Duty Manager during your designated shifts, handling any guest or operational issues that arise.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including sustainability and guest experience enhancements.
Qualifications
 * Proven experience in hotel front‑of‑house management, preferably within a boutique or luxury setting.
 * Familiarity with the Opera reservation system.
 * Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
 * Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver consistent, top‑level service.
