As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of all marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, conversion, and profit growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics to enhance our online presence and support overall marketing objectives.
As Senior Marketing Manager You'll Be
* Leading our marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Owning all areas of the companys marketing.
* Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
* Managing the lifecycle of traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
* Managing the companys SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing.
* Reviewing campaign performance to compound learnings for maximum effectiveness in future campaigns.
* Proactively monitoring industry trends, innovations, and best practices to ensure strategic alignment and competitiveness.
* Working closely with other department teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
* Managing marketing budgets and ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI.
* Enhancing user experience and engagement through targeted digital initiatives.
To Achieve This, Youll Have
* 5+ years exposure working in a similar senior position with particular focus on strategic digital marketing development and execution.
* High proficiency in website platforms and CRM (preferably HubSpot).
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
* Proven track record of managing successful traditional and digital campaigns with measurable results.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills within data-driven decision-making.
* Passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
