Position: Customer Service Order Processor
Location: Altrincham (great commuting distance from Sale / Hale / Trafford / Wythenshawe)
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (35-hour week) with a 1-hour lunch break
Work setup: Fully office based – no hybrid option

Responsibilities
* Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email.
* Processing and managing customer orders using ERP systems.
* Liaising with internal teams and external logistics partners.
* Issuing invoices and resolving queries related to accounts or product delivery.
* Collaborating with the sales team to meet customer needs.
* Managing complaints thoughtfully and professionally.
* Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in order processing, invoicing, or a sales/procurement environment.
* Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems.
* A positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
* Great organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks at once.
