How you create impact
Lead a cross‑functional team to design and deliver digital solutions that empower Customer Care Locations.
You fully own the technical solutions for CCL, and build towards them by driving product discovery through user interviews, workflow observations, data analysis, and understanding of business models.
Define the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the CCL strategy and operational blueprint.
Partner with UX and engineering teams to shape intuitive workflows and identify sustainable technical solutions.
Validate assumptions, ensuring efficient delivery of user‑ and business‑centric solutions, while making data‑driven improvements.
Coordinate with stakeholders across Air Logistics, global IT, and local stations, managing dependencies for smooth product delivery.
What we would like you to bring
2–5 years of experience in building or managing technical software products, supported by a technical or freight‑forwarding educational background.
Strong understanding of airfreight operations, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and make informed technical trade‑offs.
Skilled in product strategy, roadmap development, stakeholder communication, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Curious, mission‑driven, resilient, and able to work independently while motivating cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment.
Fluent in English, open to international travel (up to 20%), and equipped with strong intercultural and communication skills.
What's in it for you
Modern office with excellent public transport connections and discounted parking.
Diverse training and development opportunities within a global market leader.
Numerous employee discounts.
A supportive team environment with regular team and company events.
