My client is a market-leading organisation providing integrated People and Finance solutions, helping businesses achieve sustainable high performance. As part of their continued investment in digital services, they are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of their Salesforce platform and related systems.
This is a hands-on, strategic role-your expertise will ensure Salesforce runs at peak performance, supports business growth, and delivers measurable value across the organisation. You'll work cross-functionally to streamline processes, optimise data, and enable smarter, faster decision-making.
What You'll Do:
* Customise Salesforce to meet business needs (custom objects, fields, workflows).
* Provide expert support and training to Salesforce users.
* Develop and execute data management strategies, including cleansing and deduplication.
* Create and manage reports and dashboards for business insights.
* Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain strong recovery plans.
* Collaborate with teams, implement new Salesforce features, and mentor colleagues.
Required:
* Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201); additional certifications (CPQ Specialist, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
* Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Service Cloud configuration/customisation.
* Strong skills in requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles desirable.
