Responsibilities
* Managing a variety of corporate finance projects - business sales, acquisitions, valuations, fundraising
* Preparing business plans, financial models, and information memoranda
* Supporting clients through due diligence and negotiations
* Building strong relationships with clients, funders, lawyers, and intermediaries
* Contributing to the growth of the team and helping to win new business
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* ACA / ACCA qualified (or similar)
* Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
* Confident preparing reports, models, and client presentations
* A great communicator who enjoys working with clients and solving problems
* Motivated, proactive, and a team player
