We are now recruiting a Sales Advisor to join our established Unicom Sales Team in Stoke-on-Trent. This vacancy has arisen due to internal movement and team changes, and we are looking for someone who can step confidently into a busy, customer-focused sales environment.
Your Day-to-Day Role
You'll be a key part of the sales team, speaking to customers throughout the day and guiding them through their insurance options. This includes:
* Taking inbound calls from customers seeking insurance quotations
* Making outbound calls to customers who have submitted their details online
* Gathering accurate information and entering data into our systems
* Providing advice on appropriate insurance products
* Closing sales and overcoming objections
* Ensuring all business meets internal and insurer requirements
