About the Role
As a People Partner, you'll play a key role in partnering with our leadership teams to design and deliver people strategies that drive business success. You'll work closely with leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent, enhance colleague engagement, and strengthen organisational performance.
You'll act as a trusted advisor - providing insight, challenge, and support on all strategic people matters - while championing HR excellence across the business.

2. Coach, challenge, and advise leaders on strategic and operational HR matters.
