Electrician Domestic Testing & Maintenance

Were looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out planned and responsive repairs across Local Authority and Social Housing properties. Youll complete lighting replacements, fault-finding, EICRs, remedials and upgrade works, ensuring all systems remain safe, compliant and operational.
Key Responsibilities
* Electrical repairs, fault-finding and first-time fixes
* Lighting installations and repairs
* EICR testing and remedial works (single & three-phase)
* Safe isolation and BS7671-compliant documentation
* Risk assessments and safe working practices
* Completing works to targets and high standards
* Using PDA/IT systems for job reports and certification
* Maintaining a clean, stocked company vehicle
* Liaising professionally with tenants, colleagues and management
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
* City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition
* Minimum 3 years on-site experience
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach
