Job Role: Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant
The Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will help and assist the team with daily routines including personal care and feeding.
Applicants must have at least 6 months of care experience and demonstrate compassion.
Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers will assist with daily patient care in homes, hospitals, or private residences. They are vital team members in hospitals, homes, and clinics.

As a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker, you will work under supervision of nursing staff alongside other healthcare assistants.

* Turning patients to prevent pressure sores
* Talking to patients to reduce anxiety
* Helping patients move around

Your daily tasks might involve using mobility aids and escorting patients within hospital departments. With experience, you may participate in training new healthcare assistants.
