The Role
As Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and managing complex, high-value projects from end to end. You'll be joining a dynamic, supportive team at a key time in the companys expansion with cutting-edge technology, strong sustainability values, and a clear vision to inspire through print.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
* Proactively identify, pursue and secure new business
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with tailored print solutions
* Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals
Project Management
* Lead the full project lifecycle from scoping to delivery, supported by an expert in-house team
* Coordinate resources, external suppliers and installation teams to meet deadlines and budgets
* Ensure outstanding service and communication throughout each project phase
Client Engagement
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
* Respond professionally and promptly to client queries and feedback
About You
* Proven success in sales and project management within the Large Format Print & Graphics industry
* A strong grasp of quoting, materials, and print production workflows
* Passionate, commercially minded, and capable of managing multiple complex projects at once
* Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
* Confident liaising with couriers, fitters, and external stakeholders to deliver quality work on time and within budget
