Job Title: Compliance Monitoring Technician
Location: UK-wide travel required – home-based with company vehicle

We are currently working with a market-leading compliance and hygiene services provider who is looking to appoint a Compliance Monitoring Technician to join their growing team. With decades of industry expertise, our client delivers ventilation hygiene, Legionella risk management, and air/water quality compliance solutions to clients across a wide range of sectors, including public services, utilities, commercial, and industrial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct on-site assessments of air and water systems at client premises across the UK
* Carry out Legionella monitoring tasks in line with ACOP L8 guidance, including:
* Temperature checks
* Showerhead cleaning and descaling
* Cold water tank inspections
* Thermostatic mixer valve servicing
* Water sampling for microbiological testing
* Undertake ventilation system surveys to BS EN 15780 (full training provided)
* Record and report all site findings via a digital compliance system
* Liaise with clients and site representatives to agree on suitable actions when non-conformances are identified
* Organise and maintain all testing and inspection equipment, ensuring proper calibration
* Support the wider surveying team where needed and assist in coordination with remedial teams
* Promote a professional image and represent the company to the highest standard at all times
* Adhere to all company H&S, environmental, and compliance protocols
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working within a water hygiene, air quality, or compliance-based environment
* Solid understanding of hot and cold domestic water systems and related compliance measures
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify non-conformances
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently
* A full UK driving licence is essential
