* Strong P&L management and financial performance skills are required.
* Proven sales experience in travel, aviation, MICE, or hospitality industries.
* Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, KPI-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Salesforce, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Knowledge of the aviation market and financial services is a plus.
* Multi-language skills and a UK driving licence are desirable.
