Role: Residential Support Worker
Location: Telford
Hours: 36-hour contract
Shift Pattern: 2 on 4 off
Salary: up to £29,088 pa*

What is essential for this role?
You will need to have an NVQ/Diploma Level 3, or equivalent, in Children & Young people in order to apply for this role.
What will be expected from you as a Residential Support Worker?
- Creating positive relationships and meeting the needs of our children and young people
- Using your experience and skills - further developed with our support and training, you will assist with the care of our children and young people
- An excellent understanding of safeguarding
- An ability to articulate and ensure comprehensive record keeping
- Preferred - Previous experience within an OFSTED regulated residential setting
- Preferred - Driver with full UK driving licence

*Rate of salary for this role is based on having the essential Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People. Candidates with qualification will be paid £26,208 pa. (Working approx. 3-4 sleep ins per month, potentially an additional £2,880 pa)
** We will pay for your initial DBS check, where it is then your responsibility to either join the update service or pay for a new certificate upon renewal date (every 2 years).
