We are looking to recruit a Membership Advisor to join our Membership team to provide administrative support to our operations function. This role will suit an applicant with a good level of customer service and experience of processing high volumes of data to tight deadlines. In this role the tasks will include - processing member payments and applications, dealing with member and candidate queries over the via email and telephone, processing member updates to records and dealing with returned communications. Applicants will need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and can demonstrate a high level of professionalism and time management. You will have good experience of using CRM systems and comfortable handling and processing high volumes of data, as well as familiar with GDPR regulations.
