Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Directorate of Medicine for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Health Care Support Wrker to join our Care of the Elderly nursing team on Ward 20 at the Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend.
The post holder will assist in the provision of care to patients/clients by providing a range of personal care duties as designated by a care professional.
The main duties will include supporting health colleagues with delivering continuing health care packages in the community.
