Join Rochdale Council as one of our Senior Safety Advisers within the Corporate Health & Safety Team, where you will play a pivotal role in helping us maintain a safe and compliant environment for all. You will provide expert consultancy advice, guidance, and support on health and safety standards and practices. As a Senior Safety Adviser, you will: Provide advice and support on health and safety matters across the Council. Support the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures. Manage accident and incident data, conduct investigations and produce reports. Design and deliver health and safety training and promote a positive safety culture. Monitor compliance through audits and provide recommendations for improvement. Represent the Council at external and internal meetings, presenting reports and professional advice.
