About the Role A growing and well-established Main Contractor in Hampshire is seeking a Technical Services Manager to support and develop their M&E offering .
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a broad, hands-on role with real influence ideal for someone looking to step up and help shape a growing division.
Key Responsibilities Support delivery of M&E packages across construction projects
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Assist in developing technical processes and commercial procedures
Build and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
Support technical bids, submissions, and proposals
Help establish preferred supplier frameworks and compliance processes
Assist with project coordination and contract delivery
Act as a key contact for M&E-related matters
About You Background in M&E / Technical Services / Building Services
Experience working with an M&E subcontractor or contractor
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Confident communicator with good organisational skills
Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing business
CIBSE qualified or working towards (preferred)
